CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT
We're seeking an energetic and highly motivated customer support agent to join our team on a casual basis. As part of this team, you'll support on delivering a world-class service to Pirate artists globally and support our permanent team of CX Specialists during peak and busy periods. These hours are flexible and casual allowing you to select shifts and achieve a better work-life balance using our dedicated app for self-scheduling.
Responsibilities include assisting customers both inside and outside our studios via live chat, phone, and email, managing bookings and account queries, troubleshooting equipment issues, completing administrative tasks, and communicating equipment and estates issues to our Operational team.
WHO YOU ARE
* Experience in customer service, preferably within a high-volume call centre environment.
* Strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles with a customer-first mentality.
* Ideally, prior experience working with audio equipment.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
This role is a casual position offering an hourly wage of £11.44 p/h.
