About the role
:
This role ensures the day-to-day organisation of customer collections, finding ways to improvecustomer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service. You will work withLinehaul Drivers and sites across our network to ensure smooth and efficientplans that our drivers can follow.
Key Role Responsibilities:
·Planning large volumeuplifts
·Long, medium andshort term planning for holidays and peak times
·Keeping sustainabilityat the forefront of your mind, and how we can plan in ways that are moresustainable
·Provide audits andreviews on our hubs
·Holiday support for key members of the team
·Day today management of customer plans
The ideal candidate will have:
·Excellent multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure
·1-2 years’ experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial
·Excellent verbal and written communication
·Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
