We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Marketing Manager to join a dynamic business within the FMCG industry based in Birmingham and become a valuable part of the Marketing team.
As Customer Marketing Manager, day-to-day, your role will entail:
Creating and Implementing successful multi-channel customer marketing strategies throughout the UK and aligning them to the business objectives.
Identify shopper insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform customer marketing strategies and optimise brand campaign effectiveness instore.
Utilise available insight and data to further enhance brand strategy.
Lead and motivate a team of Brand Managers, who are located in-market.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry and align the marketing plan accordingly.
Report monthly on marketing performance across the region.
To be considered for the role of a Customer Marketing Manager, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar.
Proven experience in customer marketing, shopper marketing, or retail sales.
Previous experience of developing and executing marketing strategies for FMCG brands.
