Finance Manager We are working with an exciting facilities company based in Andover who are looking to make an important hire for a Qualified Finance Manager to work directly with the MD to help drive commercial acumen. Location: Andover - Onsite with some flexibility Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE Industry: Facilities Role duties: Assist with preparing and reviewing the weekly business unit forecast Provide monthly support for KPI reporting, P&L reviews, and related commentary Analyse and review business unit expenditures Assist with reviewing and submitting tenders Support key stakeholders across the company through business partnering, with site visits being essential for building trust Manage month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, WIP reviews, and performance reporting Support and review key elements of the budgeting process Monitor WIP levels, aged debts, and challenge divisional performance Ensure compliance with financial processes Evaluate capital expenditure requests Oversee the financial management of large projects to ensure costs and revenue are on track Ensure timely invoicing Supervise payroll submissions Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed Continuously seek to improve processes and drive efficiency Skills / Qualifications: Accounting qualification ACCA or ACA or CIMA with experience in a similar role Strong background with core accounting such as Budget, Forecast, Month end, P&L reviews Ability to build relationships with and support key stakeholders Team management experience UK Drivers license Thrives in fast-paced, client-focused settings Proficient with Microsoft Office software, advanced Excel user Capable of building strong relationships outside the finance team and managing upwards Performs well under pressure with excellent organizational skills
