Job Opportunity
What you will be doing…
You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based in the Winsford Branch. Joining Homecarers you will not just be joining a Care Company; it’s a family who supports clients and staff.
You will be involved in a variety of care duties involving:
1. Working with the Registered Manager to ensure weekly staffing rotas match the client’s needs;
2. Ensure that all clients visits are covered on a daily basis;
3. Organise Senior Quality Visits;
4. Complete all office records relating to care;
5. Manage the Branch KPI’s;
6. Communicate with the designated Branch Support Workers regarding changes relating to client’s needs;

Essential Skills
About you …
We are looking for warm, charismatic and friendly individuals who are seeking to support care staff make a difference to our clients lives. A caring individual who is passionately committed to assisting care staff to improve client care.
Ideally, you’ll be able to drive and have access to a car.
Hours available…
1. 37.5 hours (9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday) and required to cover the on-call as per the Rota.
