Do you want to work for an Award-Winning Care Company that values and rewards the caring people who work with us?
We are looking for a kind, friendly, and supportive Care Team Leader who wants to make a huge difference in people’s lives. In return, you’ll experience the Good Oaks difference:
Open office environment
Up to £12.50 per hour across your availability, 0.40p per mile and paid travel time!
Pay Review due for April 2025!
No overlap of visits, 15 minutes travel between each client.
We're an open door, not a revolving door! Our reviews speak for themselves!
Turn care into a career.
Good Oaks is a leading care company (Finalists in the 2024 Leaders in Care Awards) focused on providing quality care to private clients in their own homes throughout Dorset and South Wiltshire. We are also the only carbon-neutral care provider in the area - we plant trees to offset the carbon we produce.
As a Care Team Leader:
In this mixed role, Team Leaders support clients to be independent in their own homes by helping with companionship, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. They also provide support for new starters, audit care records, undertake reviews, and spot-checks.
Your time will be split between the community and the office.
You will also be a part of the on-call rota that's shared amongst the management team.
What we offer in return for our Team Leaders:
· Award-winning support and paid training.
· Guaranteed weekly work and pay throughout your agreed hours at £12.50p/h and enhanced pay per visit rates for anything outside your agreed hours.
· Employment perks and benefits, including free breakdown cover, discounted tyres, blue light card, free takeaway coffee, an employee of the month, prize-winning challenges, Above and Beyond rewards, and many more!
· Career progression opportunities through funded diplomas.
· Paid mileage for work-related travel.
· Friendly approachable management.
Who are we looking for:
Do you fit in with our PRIDE Values of how to treat clients and colleagues?
· Professionalism with all interactions.
· Respect for other people and appreciate people's varying needs.
· Integrity by doing the right thing and owning up to mistakes.
· Dedication to providing quality care.
· Empathy towards your clients.
