The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Export Coordinator to join our established team at our HQ in Seaham, County Durham. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth and timely operation, from order taking with customers to ensuring finished goods are loaded on time.

What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Export Manager, you will be responsible for raising orders and invoices, liaising with internal departments and freight forwarders while maintaining quality and accuracy when arranging and completing export documentation. You will learn about international business, logistics, and gain an understanding of global trade!
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely operation to ensure finished goods are ready on time to meet loading schedules.
* Raising orders and invoices on internal database and SAGE200.
* Working closely with freight forwarders to arrange shipping and haulage.
* Arranging and completing export documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
* Overseeing the loading of overseas orders.
* Problem-solving to ensure problem resolution for customers and delivering excellent customer service.
* Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
* Maintaining professional knowledge and establishing own personal networks.
* Developing relationships with customers and potential customers.
* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Potential opportunities to travel overseas to be part of exhibitions or for market visits.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will join a supportive team within the Export Department, and training will be provided. We are looking for a candidate who has a keen interest in global trade and culture. Relevant experience is preferred but not essential. Prima Cheese offers strong growth opportunities for a highly motivated candidate. You will learn international business, logistics, and an understanding of global trade.
