Are you AAT Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, a whizz with Xero accountancy software and want to work mainly from home? Our client is looking for a part time Finance Assistant who can do the following: Bank reconciliations Credit card reconciliations Sales ledger Purchase ledger VAT returns Supplying information to external accountant Managing employee expense claims Ideally you will also be intermediate in MS Excel including Pivot Tables and VLookups. Hours are 20 hours a week ideally 4 hours a day - 5 days a week but could be flexible but would require the hours to be used across 5 days due to daily main reconciliations and credit control. There is a requirement to go to the offices in Tunbridge Wells at least once a month so will need to be within a commutable distance of Tunbridge Wells and also own a car due to the location.
