What We're Looking For:
* Minimum Age: 21 years old
* Flexibility: Willingness to work unsocial hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays

* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
* Disclosure and Barring Service Check: Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check

Night Care Assistant roles attract the following additional payments. This post is an overnight role, for the most part, and will include weekend and bank holiday working, as well as attendance at team meetings and reflective practice sessions. Night Care Assistants have the support of a Residential Children's Worker who will sleep in, and wake, should the need arise.
Payment Structure:
* Monday to Sunday 7am-7pm: £12.65 (plain time)
* Monday to Sunday 7pm-7am: £16.87 (plain time plus one third)
* Bank Holidays all hours: £25.30 (double time)

The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.
