Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy team based in Soho, London. The role will suit a candidate with a 'can do' approach who also has a strong and conscientious work ethic, and is keen to get broad-based experience at a leading advisory firm.
Key tasks will include:
* Receptionist duties such as greeting clients and answering the phone
* Ensuring smooth running of office
* Diary management for directors
* Assistance with internal and external events
* Filing of operations related documents
The role requires the following key attributes:
* Detail - excellent attention to detail
* Prioritisation - the ability to work independently and proactively
* Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills
* Organisation - ability to juggle different tasks efficiently and effectively
A minimum of one year relevant industry experience is required.
