We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join us at our TJX site in Crewe. Supporting the finance function, you will be providing support for the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports and assisting in the month-end accounting process. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
Joining us on a full-time, permanent basis, you’ll be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am-4pm.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Assist with the preparation of weekly & monthly financials.
* Support with the month-end process including balance sheet reconciliations in a time-efficient and consistent manner.
* Liaise with operational teams to confirm labour and costs for both Warehouse and Transport.
* Issue of purchase orders, receipts & resolution of queries.
* Creation of customer invoices.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Previous experience working in Finance.
* Ability to analyse, investigate, and problem-solve numerical information.
* Ideally in the process of gaining Finance qualifications such as AAT.
