You will be responsible for the customer's first interaction with our product, making it exciting and thought-provoking. Your goal is to gain the customer's commitment to buy and assist them on their journey with Nurtur, to achieve a rewarding ROI.
You should have a strong knowledge of our product and the industries we serve, understanding how we can benefit their businesses and tailoring your demonstrations accordingly. Networking skills are essential, as you will represent yourself and our brand positively.
Your objective is to generate income from new sales and existing customers, building upon your pipeline. A smooth onboarding, high product usage, and demonstrating ROI will ensure customer retention and reveal opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
1. Manage your pipeline of opportunities by proactively generating leads, conducting meetings, and closing sales.
2. Review and manage your diary efficiently to optimize your time.
3. Deliver personalised, passionate, and ethical pitches to potential customers.
4. Manage your pipeline data effectively to maximize conversion rates and improve processes.
5. Use CRM tools accurately to document progress, meetings, and forecasts.
6. Coordinate with your team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding and delivery.
7. Present business reviews to key stakeholders, analysing ROI confidently.
8. Collaborate with customers to develop marketing plans aligned with ROI goals, and cross-sell relevant products.
9. Identify at-risk clients and develop retention strategies.
10. Handle customer complaints professionally until resolved.
11. Gather customer feedback on our products and processes for marketing use.
12. Stay updated on sector knowledge to provide accurate, personalised pitches.
13. Attend networking events and exhibitions to understand your target audience.
14. Share best practices with peers to enhance customer experience.
15. Build strong relationships across the business to meet shared objectives.
16. Stay proactive about product updates and changes.
17. Achieve KPIs set on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
