Job Title: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: Northampton (5 days per week onsite)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP27,000 Per Annum plus Company Benefits
We are currently working with a large scale, well established, Midlands based IT Services provider, who require a locally based 1st Line Support Engineer to join their rapidly expanding team in Northampton.
The successful candidate will be able to swiftly handle incoming calls to the Service Desk, effectively prioritising tickets to ensure technical queries are resolved quickly and accurately.
You will be responsible for assisting in 1st Line team in overall operation & support for the client's customers.
Skill and experience required:
1. Previous experience working for an IT Services/MSP organisation
2. Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
3. Experience and knowledge across the MS Tech stack which includes Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Servers (2019 & 2022), Microsoft Exchange Server (2019)
4. Previous experience with O365/Azure would be beneficial
