Purpose of Role
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our dedicated maintenance team at the Office National Statistics office in Fareham.
Job Description
We work in a government building and our contracts are across three sites - Newport, Titchfield and Christchurch. You would be part of the dedicated internal maintenance team working on a hard FM contract which carries out service and maintenance work to a large office building and a warehouse storage facility in Fareham. It is a straightforward contract overseeing mechanical, basic electrical and fabric maintenance and small works. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, be competent, qualified in Electrical engineering, and able to deliver high-quality maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines. They will also be comfortable delivering an on-call rota of 1 in 3 weeks.

Essential Qualifications/Skills
?Good communication skills
?Proven reactive maintenance experience
?Previously worked commercial environments
?18th Edition + NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
?City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) – would be useful
?Capable electrical installation experience
