Your duties will include assisting in attending to the social, emotional and physical needs of residents and day care users so that each person is enabled to live as fulfilling and independent a life as possible.
You should have an understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities, the ability to listen effectively and communicate clearly and the ability to work as part of a team.
