🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

Carrying out regular audits and site inspections to ensure top-tier H&S compliance

*

Identifying practical areas for improvement and offering actionable advice

*

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with site teams to foster a positive, proactive safety culture

*

Turning H&S data into meaningful insights and improvement plans

*

Championing continuous improvements in health, safety, and environmental practices

✅ What We’re Looking For:

*

Experience in a Health & Safety role—FM, construction, or engineering preferred

*

Sound knowledge of UK H&S legislation and industry best practices

*

Confident in audits, risk assessments, and driving compliance

*

NEBOSH-qualified (or equivalent)

*

Excellent communicator and problem solver

*

Self-driven, independent, and confident working with autonomy
