What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an outstanding administrator to join our busy Admin Office as soon as possible working Monday-Friday during term time. This is a full-time position, working 40.42 hours per week.
This position is an interesting and varied role with a number of responsibilities including managing reprographics, supporting Visitor and Learner Reception and assisting other members of the Admin Team as required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff, parents, learners, employer partners and trustees are essential in this role, as well as the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities in a busy school environment.
What the school offers its staff
The JCB Academy develops engineers and business leaders from Y9 to Sixth Form and provides Intermediate (level 2) and Advanced (level 3) apprenticeship programmes. We also deliver Business and Engineering T-levels which provide learners with additional choices after their GCSEs. Working with the likes of Bosch Rexroth, Harper Adams University, JCB, Rolls‑Royce and Toyota Motor Manufacturing, we ensure that the curriculum is embedded in real industrial practice and includes genuine industrial challenges.
