This individual will take on the role of running the site, including full TFM (cleaning, catering, waste, Engineering) with a team of cleaners and canteen staff. Day-to-day running and managing customers on site, PPM management, and extra works.
Responsibilities include:
* Oversee the scheduling, execution, and quality of all repair and maintenance work across the groups, while managing customers.
* Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption to operations, and in line with health and safety standards.
* Regularly assess the condition of buildings and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and initiating necessary repairs.
Requirements and desired qualities include:
* Experience in a Built Environment discipline/ FM/Maintenance/Surveying.
* Proficient in managing building life cycles, with preferred knowledge of M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
* Familiarity with CDM (Construction Design and Management).
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work at pace and operate in a fast-changing environment.
