I am working on an exciting opportunity that puts your leadership skills to the test. This is a full-time, permanent role that demands flexibility (including evenings, weekends, bank, and school holidays), with on-site live-in accommodation provided. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll work closely with the General Operations Manager, bringing energy, ambition, and a strong work ethic to the table. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities across the Holiday Park, from guest services and housekeeping to leisure activities, maintenance, catering, and more.
Role
1. Lead with finesse across all facets of the holiday park, ensuring smooth daily operations and holding accountability.
2. Contribute to hitting performance targets while managing budgets, stocks, and costs, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Inspire and motivate our front-line team to consistently deliver top-notch standards, creating an unforgettable experience for the holiday guests.
4. Create a welcoming, safe, and pristine environment that leaves guests delighted, eager to return, and boosting the park's profitability.
5. Uphold company policies and legal requirements, while also providing consistent and engaging training to team members.
6. Promote the venue and its attractions to solidify the position as the premier employer and holiday destination.
7. Bridge the gap between company vision and staff execution, keeping the team informed while providing constructive feedback.
Essential Experience
1. Prior experience in a similar role, along with leadership in the holiday park/leisure industry.
2. Happy to be based in North Devon.
