The Senior Practice Lead will oversee the work of the Family Intervention Workers who play a key role in assessing the needs of children aged 0-19 and their families with complex and multiple needs. They deliver a package of interventions using the Team Around the Family process and are unique in the way we work towards sustained outcomes for families. The Senior Practice lead will ensure that Family Intervention Workers play a lead role in advocating for families, ensuring they are signposted to effective support and empowering them to make informed decisions about their futures with clear management oversight and guidance. The Early Help and Support thematic is unpinned by trauma informed approaches that are responsive to need and have an inclusive and partnership focus.
