We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Agency Safeguarding Nurses (MASN) Team Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. The purpose of the role is to provide a supportive administrative service to the MASN Team and wider Safeguarding team.

Main Duties of the Job
* Provide administrative support to the Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust.
* Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and work within the Data Protection Act.
* Use various electronic systems for creation, input, retrieval, and updating of children's records in relation to children's health with regards to Multi-Agency Hub process and information.
* Vetting of incoming information from the Multi-Agency Hub and notifying identified health staff as appropriate.
* Use national and local patient demographic systems to check identification and address details of children as necessary. Input data as required in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications
Essential
* GCSE or equivalent passes in English Language and Maths.
* RSA III typewriting/word processing qualification (or able to demonstrate equivalent standard).
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience
Essential
* Experience of taking notes and transcribing minutes.
* Experience working in an administrative role.
* Experience of booking and managing appointments.
* Experience of organising training events, seminars, and meetings.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential
* Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literate with experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams.
* Good organisational skills, self-starter, and able to use initiative appropriately with little supervision.
* Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
* Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
* Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
* Demonstrated appropriate level of problem resolution skills.
