A Private Healthcare Provider is seeking an experienced Associate Head of Governance & Risk to join their team in London. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape quality governance and risk management within a leading pathology service.
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working
Key Responsibilities:
Deputise for the Head of Governance, providing strategic leadership and direction
Drive quality and risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO15189, ISO15190, ISO22367)
Lead root cause analysis for serious incidents and embed a strong learning culture
Oversee risk registers, ensuring they align with corporate governance frameworks
Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain and enhance compliance across the organisation
Support business continuity, health & safety, and quality assurance frameworks
Deliver training and facilitate the implementation of CQC standards
What You’ll Bring:
Extensive experience as a Laboratory Quality Manager
Strong background in risk management and laboratory health & safety
In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks
Qualification in Laboratory Quality Management (HCPC registration desirable)
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
