TEACHER OF HUMANITIES
Permanent, full time
MPR1 – MPR6 (£31,650 - £43,607 per annum)
Required to start September 2025
The Ellesmere Port Church of England College (EPC) was recently inspected by Ofsted and has been graded GOOD in all areas. EPC was rated as ‘Good’ in all five key judgement areas, which include: Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management and Sixth Form provision.
Due to the growth within the college, The Ellesmere Port C of E College is looking to appoint an additional Teacher of Humanities within the department to work across Key Stages 3 - 5, working closely with the Head of Department as well as other colleagues throughout the department, to drive continuing improvement in students’ progress in Humanities subjects.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner who can demonstrate experience of raising attainment in Humanities subjects across all Key Stages. You will have a proven track record of success in the classroom and demonstrate high aspirations for our students.
You will be a dedicated, talented and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about Teaching and Learning. The ability to work as part of a team, in a very busy and fast-paced environment is essential.
