The successful candidate will work with students who have a range of special educational needs, providing tailored support and ensuring they have access to a positive and inclusive learning experience. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students. Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to monitor and support student progress. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Assess and record student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in SEN education. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children with special educational needs. Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
