We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join an ambitious and forward-thinking charity to ensure the smooth running of our Newcastle-Under-Lyme shop. To assist the Shop Manager with all aspects of the charity shop, including volunteers, customer service, stock management, financial records, administration, and compliance. Promoting the work of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and take responsibility of managing the shop on a Sunday and when the shop manager is absent. Please note the hours of work are 6 hours Sunday and 3+ during the week and cover when required.

Established in 1991, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC) is responsible for providing pre-hospital critical care across the six Midlands counties of: Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, and the West Midlands. The charity also delivers secondary cover to surrounding areas, such as Warwickshire and mid Wales. Our services are provided by operating three air ambulance helicopters and three critical care cars, which serves the growing Midlands population of six million plus people. Our retail shops provide a presence in the regions in which we serve and are key in bringing in revenue to enable us to continue our life saving service.
