What You’ll Be Doing Teaching a KS2 class with enthusiasm and creativity, using dynamic strategies to engage students. Supporting pupils with SEND, ensuring their individual needs are met. Managing and directing support staff to enhance classroom learning. Upholding the school’s core values and fostering a positive classroom environment. Collaborating with staff, parents, and the community to create a holistic learning experience. About You Be able to do the job as described. Enthusiastic about helping children reach their potential in both academic and personal growth. Skilled in using creative approaches to teaching, especially for pupils with special educational needs.
