Job Description
In this role, you will work as part of a supportive team to provide expert guidance and advice to clients planning funerals. You will assist with family visits, answer queries, and build positive relationships in the local community. Your duties will include holding the fort at the funeral home and supporting with manual handling of coffins and the deceased.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and high levels of empathy and discretion. No experience is necessary, as we provide full training and ongoing support.
