Job summary We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with a passion for supporting those with mental illness and learning disabilities to join our pharmacy team within LYPFT for a maternity cover. The successful applicant will have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills who can work effectively as part of a team and independently. There is opportunity to rotate throughout the team, including Community Mental Health Team services, where the post will likely start. Main duties of the job The successful applicant will work closely with our clinical teams and Pharmacists in providing a high-quality medicines optimisation service to clinical areas within LYPFT. Support the timely and smooth transfer of patient care at the point of discharge. Participate in the training and supervision of new staff, trainees, and wider healthcare team.
