Music Specialist
Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a Music Specialist to work within schools across Swindon. You will bring transferable skills from your Music degree to the classroom, including teamwork, dedication, resilience, motivation, communication, and creativity—essential when working with children and young people!
Music is a powerful tool in schools for therapeutic support and focus. Your creativity will help enhance students' engagement and attitudes towards learning.

Music Specialist
Location: Swindon
You in the role:
* Encourage a learning experience that allows students to achieve their individual potential.

* Support the school’s responsibility for personal and academic growth.
* Demonstrate effective communication and collaborative skills, bringing enthusiasm to the role.
* Motivate pupils with passionate and imaginative presentation.
* Utilize a creative and ‘think outside the box’ approach.
* Be open-minded and flexible to work with a variety of students with diverse needs.
* Act as a class teacher (QTS needed), cover supervisor/unqualified teacher (no qualifications needed), behaviour support assistant, youth worker, or provide music therapy within SEN schools.
Qualifications and Experience (Desirable but not essential):
* Previous teaching/youth work experience or relevant experience working with young people.
* Understanding of National Curriculum.
* Safeguarding and First Aid training.
