The Opportunity
Given recent and forecasted project growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to have the chance of joining a well-established UK engineering business located in Clyde as an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer. As the Civil/Structural Engineer you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team where the primary purpose of the role is to directly support a major defence project.
This role has been deemed inside of IR35.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
As a Civil Engineer, you will be Authoring, development, assessment, maintenance and management of the Infrastructure Design Substantiation documents.
Authoring, development, assessment, maintenance and management of design changes/concessions.
Presentation of the clients substantiations, to ‘Due Process’ nuclear safety committees.
