Job Description
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and pro-active Consultant Anaesthetist to join the team at Tees Valley Hospital, based in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate would be expected to work closely with the existing team to provide a comprehensive Anaesthetic service. This will involve inpatient and day case acute surgery.
The position is for 40 hours a week, including time for CPD. Part time position would also be considered.
With a current registration with the GMC's specialist register, you will have several years’ experience, at least 2 of which are within the UK. You are committed to your own continuing medical education and professional development.

About us:
Tees Valley Hospital is in the grounds of Acklam Hall in Middlesbrough and opened in February 2018. The hospital delivers a range of specialties including orthopaedics, general surgery, plastic surgery, urology, gynaecology, dermatology, oral, endoscopy, to both private and NHS patients. The theatre suite consists of 3 laminar air flow theatres, 6 stage 1 recovery bays and an endoscopy suite. Accommodation provides 12 bay day case unit and 19 inpatient beds.
