Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the sales ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly
2. Process invoices and credit notes efficiently
3. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
4. Communicate effectively with customers to address queries and ensure payments are made on time
5. Assist with debt collection and reporting on outstanding balances
6. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a sales ledger, accounts or finance role
2. Very strong attention to detail
3. Great organizational skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other systems i.e Sage is a bonus
5. AAT Qualifications beneficial, but full support will be given for the right candidate
