Training Supervisor Location: Chandlers Ford Monday – Friday £27,500 Drivers License essential Dynamite recruitment are working with an industry leading fire and security company business that is rapidly growing and seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team. This role does require travel to different locations and the use of a company pool car is available. The role: Your responsibilities: Responsible for all new starters during their orientation period. Ensuring the meetings with other departments are well delivered, feeding back where improvements can be made. Basic systems training for all new starters and ongoing refreshers, ensuring best practice and ethos on use of system is embedded into our new starters Basic SharePoint training for all departments including landing page, use of search, check-in and check-out, permissions and what they mean, forms; their use and purpose Regular reviews of the Orientation pack that is delivered to new starters to ensure any changes to the business are captured Acquisitions; assess the IT capability of the individual, relationship with customers and vendors and make recommendations to the Directorate on capability and suitability for roles. Organising and delivering an acquisition training plan for all stakeholders within the relevant timeframe. Acquisitions; flag any concerns related to specific customers prior to cutover. Liaise with all other Company staff and departments to develop good internal relations and promote a good working environment Responsible for ensuring all training material is up to date and relevant Testing new system functionality prior to rollout for the business as required. Training the business on new functionality with support of the Key User Team. Writing processes for new functionality and maintain existing processes and training guides on the system with support of the Key User Team.
