St Catharine's is looking to appoint to the role of Assistant Housekeeping Manager to work alongside the Housekeeping Manager and our team of Supervisors, to ensure a high standard of housekeeping services are delivered to the College community.
As an integral member of the department management team, the successful candidate will play an active role in maintaining a positive working environment that operates smoothly and efficiently whilst ensuring a quality and people-focused approach at all times.
The responsibilities of the job may vary in and out of term time as we run a dynamic and busy conference business outside of undergraduate term time but core duties will include oversight of management operations including health and safety compliance, waste management, cost and stock controls whilst ensuring our resources are sustainable, participating in the creation and deployment of departmental processes, line management of our Housekeeping Porters and broader training and support for the team.

Benefits and working arrangements
The role is a permanent, full-time post with hours of work as 37.5 hours per week.
Salary in the region of £30,500 - £31,750 FTE, depending on skills and experience.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a six-month probation period.
