Purpose of the role
Providing exceptional Business Administration support to our clients and colleagues in a professional and innovative environment.
* Providing exceptional administration support including letters, reports, databases and online systems, with high level attention to detail.
* Completing tasks in a timely manner, within agreed SLA’s and dealing with urgent matters as they arise.
* Keeping online databases up to date.
* Professional and efficient interaction with clients either on the phone, in person or via email.
* Answering phones and dealing with queries in line with our firms’ standards.
* Using online PDF editors to prepare documents for use on our online e-signing software.
* Providing PA support including arranging internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and time management assistance.
* Producing and maintaining firmwide templates in line with the firms branding and style guidelines.
* Provide ongoing support to the partners and teams on departmental projects and reports.
* Ad hoc assistance to team members as required, no two days are ever the same.
* Providing front of house assistance and attendance at offices as required.
* Continually seeking opportunities to improve processes, linking with wider service line efficiency projects.
* Sharing best practice and tips to help others in the Firm’s wider Business Administration Team work more efficiently, making best use of technology and resources available.
* Providing contingency cover across the Firm when necessary.
* Complying and championing our firm’s Missions, Vision and Values.
This list of responsibilities is not an exhaustive list of duties, and the post holder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties as discussed and directed by their line manager.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required
