Job Title: Contracts Manager
Vacancy Location: Chesterfield, S41 (Hybrid)
Shifts: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: Up to £50,000 Per Annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview
Working within the Property, Maintenance & Facilities Team, you will work autonomously and closely to negotiate and manage all the ivolve maintenance contracts to ensure ivolve only agree to beneficial transactions. You will understand the requirements of any maintenance contract or agreement ivolve are entering into and advise how to secure the most favourable terms and conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with a network of independent contractors, vendors, suppliers and customers.
* Create standard contracts and a schedule of rates for ivolve to use in its dealings with internal and external partners.
* Study the requirements, duties and obligations of the providers to ensure alignment with ivolve's goals and industry regulations.
* Supervise contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
* Research business partners and their history prior to writing or signing contracts.
* Monitor the implementation and performance of signed contracts through regular review meetings.
* Maintain, update and improve contractual records.
Property Support Hub
* Support the identification, implementation and be responsible for the ongoing customer relationship with a single CAFM provider/platform.
* Cost check maintenance invoices for accuracy.
* Hold regular calls with The Regional Facilities Managers to review service provision and feedback accordingly.
* General administrative responsibilities, including the provision of information and reporting to support the Facility Management Team and Property Department.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
* Proficient with CAFM systems.
* In-depth knowledge of maintenance and construction pricing techniques/SORs.
* Travel between the different services to provide support and advice as required.
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
* Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable).
