What You'll Be Doing:
1. Providing high-quality care to children, ensuring they are safe, happy, and stimulated.
2. Leading fun, creative activities that promote learning and development.
3. Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical growth through interactive play.
4. Building positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and staff members.
5. Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and nap times.
6. Observing and tracking children's progress and developmental milestones.
What We're Looking For:
1. Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
2. Experience working with children in an early years setting (preferred).
3. A genuine love for working with children and helping them thrive.
4. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
