Role Overview Asset & Tenancy Support: This is a fantastic opportunity to join an energetic and growing Asset & Tenancy Management team. As an Asset & Tenancy Support professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of property management services, providing support to both landlords and tenants. You’ll work closely with the Head of Asset & Tenancy Management and the wider team, learning the ropes of property management while developing your skill set for future career progression. No prior property experience is necessary - what’s most important is your enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and your ability to work well in a team. Key Responsibilities Asset & Tenancy Support: Support the Asset & Tenancy team in the day-to-day management of tenancies and property assets. Assist with coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant requests, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Keep accurate records and maintain up-to-date information in the property management system. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service. Assist in property inspections, ensuring that properties meet safety and quality standards. Handle administrative duties as required, including preparing tenancy agreements and renewals. Support the team in managing compliance with industry regulations and guidelines. Skills & Experience Asset Tenancy Support; A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. Energetic, reliable, and proactive, with a passion for providing great customer service. Experience in property management is not essential - we’re looking for enthusiasm and a desire to grow in the property industry.
