Requirements:
- I am looking for an ideal candidate who is passionate about cyber security and possesses a business mindset. You should be able to demonstrate objective and logical thinking, alongside a desire to learn and a creative approach. It is essential that you work effectively as part of a team and exhibit strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and basic IT literacy are also required. Additionally, you need to be studying towards a 2:2 or above, preferably in a Software or Cyber-related subject.
Responsibilities:
- As a Security Consultant during this internship, your typical responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the investigation of security breaches and incidents
- Delivering information security education and awareness
- Supporting information security governance and management
- Assisting with application and system-level risk assessments
- Developing and reviewing information security policies and procedures
- Preparing for information security audit and compliance activities
- Analyzing and researching security technologies to support the development of innovative solutions
Please be aware that you may be required to work on client sites that are away from your base location for extended periods.
