Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll: Provide and maintain a high standard of maintenance services within contracted buildings, adhering to safety regulations, Sodexo policies, and client requirements while ensuring cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and COSHH guidelines, while maintaining fully auditable records and participating in relevant training and team meetings. Communicate professionally with clients and customers, report incidents promptly, assist with deliveries, and ensure all subcontractors and visitors comply with site rules and safety requirements. Deliver services efficiently and safely, including regular building checks, supporting team tasks, and handling equipment and materials in line with safe working practices. Stay flexible and responsive to changing priorities, maintain a smart appearance, and provide excellent customer service while supporting the general Sodexo team and completing tasks within agreed timescales. What we're looking for: Previous experience in a facilities environment with the ability to follow instructions, implement standards, and ensure compliance with procedures. Strong Health and Safety knowledge, good customer service skills, and a methodical approach with keen attention to detail in all tasks. Ability to analyze situations, make decisions, and focus on client and customer needs, while promoting the brand effectively. Practical operational skills in planned maintenance, electrical systems, managing contractors, fault finding, and general building maintenance. Intellectual agility and eagerness to learn, with desirable qualifications in water quality management and industry-related expertise.
