An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Trust's adult services transformation portfolio, which focuses on our Adult Patient Journey Programme, and support the SW London Integrated Care System (ICS) to deliver adult mental health priorities in its mental health strategy. This post is integral to the Strategy, Transformation and Commercial Development team in the Trust and will work closely with the three adult Service Lines. You need to be able to form strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to deliver work at pace internally and externally. The role requires good organisation and planning skills and experience in service redesign. You also need to understand how to successfully engage stakeholders and ensure co-production is embedded. This will be a fast-paced role in a complex and changing environment and will suit someone who likes a challenge and enjoys working with and across a variety of organisations and people., You will need to work internally across our three adult Service Lines and other colleagues to deliver the Trust-wide adult transformation programme, Adult Patient Journey. You will manage the programme across its workstreams, including through enabling programmes and collaboration with other transformation programmes, such as Children & Adult Mental Health Services (CAMHS). You will ensure the programme is effectively reported into Trust governance, including the Better Communities Information Group and others as required.
You will also act as a system leader to drive change positive change for adults around mental health and wellbeing, leading the delivery of appropriate adult elements of the SW London MH strategy and the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) strategy positive mental wellbeing theme. To do this, you will have to develop strong and effective relationships with colleagues across the ICS at both system and place level, as well as South London Partnership and South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
You will ensure the Trust's transformation programme is connected and aligned to system, place and SLP programmes of work. You will need to ensure that stakeholder engagement, liaison and co-production are a key part of the internal programme and broader system level programmes.
