Key duties
* Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising (PPC, Social Media), email marketing, print, OOH, and partnerships.
* Define clear campaign objectives, target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.
* Translate the overall marketing strategy into specific campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
* Coordinate across all comms channels with the Head of Communication, including PR, web, social, email, and on-park for all campaign output.
* Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, content, commercial) and external agencies to create compelling and effective marketing materials.
* Manage and track campaign budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
* Maintain consistent measurement protocols for all campaign activity, building a culture of continuous improvement.
* Recruit, lead, and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and creativity.
* Overall responsibility for design studio output, managing design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
You will
* Champion relationships between marketing and all other departments at Longleat, fostering critical information sharing and effective execution of processes to achieve company goals.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Longleat, ensuring that all work adheres to our brand guidelines and aligns with our vision of a Picture-Perfect site.
* Provide a guest-focused service at all times, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of the brand.
* Represent the company at all times by being smart in appearance and presentable while behaving in an appropriate manner in line with our cultural values.
* Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Be a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
* Have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Have experience with marketing analytics tools and data interpretation.
* Ideally, have experience working within a visitor attraction or similar type of business.

Your contract
You will be on a permanent full-time contract, with working hours covering Monday to Friday.
Location: On-site with a hybrid working model.
