We are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing organisation in West Lancashire, who are looking to appoint a HR Coordinator on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position, paying £30,000 - £35,000 depending on candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Providing first line assistance on HR policies and procedures
2. Supporting with management on low-level ER cases such as absences and grievances
3. Collating site HR data and producing reports for senior leadership team
4. Enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through the implementation and monitoring of various initiatives and surveys
5. Supporting with the training and induction of new employees as well as training current employees on new procedures
6. Assisting with the Health & Safety training of current and existing staff
7. Leading on compliance of personnel files, ensuring audits are passed
