Position:
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Domestic Supervisor based at Arran War Memorial Hospital, Isle of Arran.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for the allocation of work, daily supervision, training, and welfare of Domestic staff within Arran War Memorial Hospital

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Candidates will have sound knowledge of practices and procedures within a Domestic Department adhering to Control of Infection guidance. You will have the ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and previous administration experience would be an advantage.
An understanding of minimum staffing levels is essential as the supervisor is responsible for providing adequate cover over 7 days for staff on different shift patterns.

Hours:
Hours are 8am-2pm Monday to Friday for 3 weeks of the month and 1 week Mon/Tues/Wed/Sat/Sun.
