SEN Deputy Headteacher

Teaching Personnel's PWR team are looking for an experienced and passionate SEN Deputy Headteacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking special school in Croydon, London. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of special educational needs and a proven track record of leadership and management in a special school setting. You will be able to inspire and motivate a team of teachers and support staff and will be committed to providing outstanding provision for students with a range of special educational needs.
The school is a warm and welcoming community with a strong focus on inclusion and achievement for all. The school has a dedicated and experienced team of teachers and support staff who are committed to providing the best possible education for their students. The school is located in a convenient location with excellent transport links.
The successful candidate will:
1. Be a qualified teacher with QTS and experience in a special school setting.
2. Have a proven track record of leadership and management in a special school.
3. Be able to inspire and motivate a team of teachers and support staff.
4. Be committed to providing outstanding provision for students with a range of special educational needs.
5. Be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2024 or sooner. The salary for this position is on the Leadership Pay Scale.
