3rd Line Network Engineer
Basingstoke (Travel to customer site required)
Shift Working: 0700 – 1500 or 1100 – 1900

Your role will involve:
1. Assisting a high-profile user community.
2. Daily contact with customers and stakeholders utilizing the IT Service Management Toolset.
3. Monitoring Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation.
Your transferable skills and experience:
1. VCenter NSX-T
2. Cisco Firepower Management Centre
3. Cisco IOS knowledge
4. Cisco ISE
5. Juniper Switches & JUNOS
6. SolarWinds
7. Active Directory
8. Windows Servers
