We are currently recruiting for a DevOps Engineer to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Role Requirements
As the DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of the infrastructure and processes required to support the software development lifecycle.
You will collaborate with other teams such as security, network, and storage to ensure that the infrastructure is secure and reliable. You will continuously improve the infrastructure and processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
You will work closely with the development and operations teams to ensure that the applications are deployed and running smoothly in the production environment. You will act as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and technologies.
For this role you will be required to be available on an On-Call ROTA.
The Individual
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a DevOps or related role. You will have good knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows administration including Patch management. You will have good knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
You will have experience of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). You will have experience with configuration management tools Ansible and IAC using Terraform. You will also have experience with monitoring in Azure Monitor, Datadog or AppDynamics.
