CMA are working exclusively with a really friendly team who are based in central Basingstoke, Hampshire. They have a requirement for an additional finance person for at least 6 months and potentially longer. They are currently going through a transition in order for the function to be centralised and until this is completed they will require extra resource.
What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
1. Processing Purchase ledger invoices.
2. Raising small volumes of sales invoices.
3. Accruals and pre payments.
4. Preparation of management accounts for review.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
5. Previous experience of working in a varied accounts role.
6. Experience of preparation of management accounts.
7. Willingness to pick up additional duties.
8. Strong communication skills.
Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Assistant:
9. 37 hour week which is 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday & 8am to 3.30 on Friday’s.
