I am seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at our multi-award-winning gastropub with boutique rooms, nestled in the heart of the stunning Norfolk countryside. Known for their commitment to locally-sourced ingredients, seasonal menus, and warm hospitality, they are now looking for a passionate CDP ready to take the next step in their culinary journey.

* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operation
* Manage your section efficiently, maintaining high standards of preparation, presentation, and hygiene
* Help create seasonal dishes using the best of Norfolks produce
* Ensure smooth service during busy periods, from prep to plate
* Uphold food safety, allergen awareness, and health & safety practices at all times
?? What I'm Looking For:
* Experience as a CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up
* Genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food and local sourcing
* Great attitude and a team-first mentality
* Willingness to learn and grow with a creative kitchen
* Flexibility including weekends, evenings, and holiday periods
