At QED Legal you will have the chance to earn up to 60% commission with no thresholds or 'buy-ins'. Our consultants are provided with large patches to shape into their own, internal & external training, relaxed working environment with no micro management or KPI's and a state of the art database that has been developed for more than a decade.
This role would suit an experienced recruiter looking to move to a mature environment where you are trusted to do the job and are provided with all the essential tools to do so. You should be driven to earn high levels of commission, as well as having an excellent telephone manner and engage with clients & candidates both on the telephone and in person/over Zoom.
You will be joining a city centre Manchester office that has in excess of 80+ years legal recruitment experience and an office that works collaboratively whilst regularly sharing candidates & deals. There will be constant support in place should you need it and always guidance on hand from colleagues & managers. There is a low turnover of staff and strong core of experienced recruiters on hand to provide advice when necessary.
We offer a competitive basic salary and an unrivalled commission scheme that allows you to earn up to 60% commission on placements each quarter. We don't have thresholds or carry forwards, so you earn on everything you bill. You will be given a large patch with plenty of scope to earn big and comfortably achieve £20,000 just by hitting target. If you are a big biller and regularly exceed targets then life changing sums of money are available with consultants earning in excess of £50,000 commission per annum.
We have a state of the art, clean and very well stocked database and advertise on the leading job boards to help you achieve your goals. We primarily focus on dealing with permanent & full time roles across a range of clients from high street to magic circle.
We do not have targets, KPI's or pointless sales meetings. What we ask for in return is for self-starters who are driven to provide a fantastic service to client & candidates, as well as earn life changing sums of money.
